It started here, as it did in the 1920s, with abandoning the Hippocratic Oath. Darwinist German doctors who endorsed euthanasia for “life unworthy of life” pretended that they weren’t leaving behind the ancient respect for the sanctity and dignity of each patient. American doctors in the 1960s who embraced abortion were more forthright. They simply rewrote the Oath to stuff its prohibition of abortion down the Memory Hole.

Next our medical establishment abandoned the Nuremberg Code. Written after the trials of medical war criminals (among others), that code included this injunction regarding experimental treatments:

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

Nobody’s Responsible, Nobody’s Liable

Remember that the COVID vaccines being forced on patients nationwide are technically, legally experimental. They are approved for use only under an emergency authorization. They have never been tested for safety, and Pfizer now demands that its testing records be kept secret for the next 75 years. Billion-dollar Big Pharma companies have been granted legal immunity from lawsuits by our government. Nor may we sue the government for forcing these experimental gene therapies on us. The choice isn’t ours, just the risk.

Every one of the vaccines currently in use was either developed or tested on cells from the organs of aborted babies. That ought to sear the conscience not just of every Christian but every decent human being with any respect for human life. Still worse, countless new abortions are being performed on children removed from the womb alive, to have their organs plucked out of their still-living bodies. We Are All Lab Rats Now

In one “free” country after another — Australia, Germany, Austria — citizens have been forced to take these vaccines on pain of virtual imprisonment. In New York City, a failed mayor on his way out of office just decreed that every business must force vaccination on every employee. The Biden regime is trying to use every refinement of presidential power to force every American take these vaccines.

Now an organization of Nazi concentration camp survivors and their families is speaking out against this resurrection of the collectivist, Utilitarian medical ethos that paved the way for the mass murder of Jews, the handicapped, and millions of others.

The organization, We For Humanity, issued a new emergency appeal to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague to stop “the crimes against humanity from the gene-based COVID-19 injection programs.”

Orthodox Jewish Authorities Agree

To support its appeal, the group submitted the recent decision by the Halachic (orthodox Jewish) Court of New York ruling that “It is absolutely forbidden to administer or even to promote this (COVID-19) injection to children, adolescents, young men or women …. Included in this are all healthy adults who are of child-bearing age – they too should stay away from the said injection.” In its release We For Humanity explained the reasons for its appeal:

The Halachic Court based its ruling on eight hours of courtroom testimony from scientific and medical experts on both sides of the debate. One of the experts was Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of mRNA technology. In its ruling, the Court also referenced expert testimony proving the injections were harmful to potence, procreation and fertility. The court compared these adverse effects with sterilization and noted that “profound danger and harm (are) inherent in this new technology” and that “governmental agencies and the pharmaceutical companies deny this fact, and how they conceal the data, making it so difficult for the public to realize the severe adverse reactions and mortalities that have befallen so many people who received the injection.”

Another reason for the Court’s decision is the fact that the drug companies are immune from liability for the deaths and damage to life caused by the injections. This despite the fact that manufacturers’ own safety instructions accompanying the shots show that there is no sufficient study data to estimate the actual risks of cancer and adverse effects on pregnancy from the injections.

The emergency appeal is the group’s second plea for justice from the ICC. The group’s first letter in support of the joint international Request for criminal investigation back in September 2021 (matter no. 143.21, 133.21, 271.21 and 326.21) was signed by three Holocaust survivors – Vera Sharav, Moshe Brown and Hillel Handler – but their plea for help has so far been ignored by the ICC. Altogether, the joint criminal claim has been pending without investigation for over six months, since April 2021. Meanwhile, fellow humans, increasingly children, continue to die from the injections.

The frightening parallels to the Holocaust – with the exclusion and persecution of a minority in the name of public health as well as with a forced medical experiment on the human beings more than 80 years ago – also led the humanitarian group to appeal to medical regulatory authorities back in August 2021. The almost reflexive criticism of the parallels is shattered by recent developments around the world. “Shackle and vaccinate” is the phrase used by Thomas Szekeres, president of the Austrian Medical Association, to describe what should be done with anyone not yet “fully vaccinated”. The phrase “fully vaccinated” has come to mean having as many shots as the government demands, seemingly with no end in sight.

The president of the Robert Koch Institute, Lothar Wieler (Germany), actually said, “We really mustn’t give those who don’t get vaccinated the chance to avoid vaccination, for example, by getting tested negative“. This is a clear demand to enforce the experimental treatment upon the provably healthy people. The scientific evidence is clear that most people are already naturally immune to the virus. The said demands mean that people, especially helpless children, are supposed to be exposed to the risks of experimental gene-based “vaccines” without a medical necessity. This is the very practice the Nuremberg Code prohibits. Austria and Germany in particular should know better.

Americans Channeling Himmler

Meanwhile, here in the U.S., an unsettling number of people once considered thoughtful are abandoning principles of liberty, privacy, and personal autonomy. In their place they are adopting the ruthless Utilitarianism that led millions of Germans to accept mass euthanasia, forced eugenics, and finally genocide. See one-time neocon warmonger David Frum:

3) Otherwise return to normal as fully as we can, especially the schools; and

Reading the reactions to this tweet, I am impressed by the immense self-pity of the anti-vaxxers – who see themselves as bottomless victims, even as their own bad choices deny hospital care to so many others in desperate need.

Has David Frum “Remained Decent”?

That’s the kind of man George W. Bush hired to write his speeches.

Once you decide that a group of people should be abandoned to die “for the greater good,” you have left the ethos of the Bible far behind. You’re out in the wilderness of the Russian steppe, with Heinrich Himmler as he explains to his elite SS killing squads why the mass murder of racial groups is necessary for the “health” of the nation and its Volk. As Himmler told his commanders at Posen:

Most of you will know what it means when 100 bodies lie together, when 500 are there or when there are 1000. And … to have seen this through and — with the exception of human weakness — to have remained decent, has made us hard and is a page of glory never mentioned and never to be mentioned. Because we know how difficult things would be, if today in every city during the bomb attacks, the burdens of war and privations, we still had Jews as secret saboteurs, agitators and instigators. We would probably be at the same stage as 16/17, if the Jews still resided in the body of the German people.

We have the moral right, we had the duty to our people, to kill this people who would kill us. We however do not have the right to enrich ourselves with even one fur, with one Mark, with one cigarette, with one watch, with anything. That we do not have. Because we don’t want, at the end of all this, to get sick and die from the same bacillus that we have exterminated. I will never see it happen that even one . . . bit of putrefaction comes in contact with us, or takes root in us. On the contrary, where it might try to take root, we will burn it out together. But altogether we can say: We have carried out this most difficult task for the love of our people. And we have suffered no defect within us, in our soul, in our character.

David went to Yale just before me. Our school isn’t known for either its athletes or its soldiers. Perhaps it makes him feel tough-minded to channel Himmler, and fantasize about causing the deaths of thousands of innocent strangers, languishing untreated in hospitals for their vaccine status. I don’t pretend to be a scholar of abnormal psychology. But it ought to get him shunned like any other sociopath.

I wouldn’t take a vaccine that was made by cutting David Frum open while still alive and screaming, to carve out his organs for cloning. I fear that I cannot expect the same courtesy from him.
