Unexpected Pregnancies Celebrated on Twitter
Yesterday, in the wake of the third video exposing Planned Parenthood, Twitter was lit up with horrifying phrases and images. The video brought out so many ugly things about the abortion industry, things that need to be brought out into the light that we were due for a reminder that unplanned pregnancies can also be beautiful stories.
The Twitter hashtag #UnplannedParenthood was born, on which people shared stories of unplanned pregnancies with happy endings.
It all started with one tweet:

Others joined in to tell their stories:
In 2002, there was an an #UnplannedParenthood in Guangdong. She's now 12, and her name is Ellie Richards. pic.twitter.com/4JrDPqZ6qS

As a child who was adopted by my awesome parents, I'm loving this: #UnplannedParenthood. Life is not a mistake.

Life is a blessing, something to be celebrated. It’s easy to look at the bad, to see those who disregard life and become discouraged. It restores hope to see people so eager to share their stories of unexpected miracles.
