The Left Is Using the Nazi Playbook for Taking Power
Try to kill Brett Kavanaugh? Face a peaceful arrest. Threaten Biden on Facebook? The FBI will shoot you.

What should we think about the following two events in today’s America?
A California man was charged with attempted murder of a U.S. Supreme Court justice for allegedly making threats against Justice Brett Kavanaugh and showing up near his Maryland home armed, federal court records show.
…
The man — identified by the Department of Justice as 26-year-old Nicholas Roske of Simi Valley — was allegedly spotted by two U.S. Marshals wearing black clothes and carrying a backpack getting out of a cab in front of Kavanagh’s house at approximately 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, according to the affidavit. A Glock 17 pistol, two magazines, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crowbar, pistol light and duct tape were in the backpack, according to the affidavit.
The suspect then allegedly called the Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center to say he wanted to kill a Supreme Court justice, according to the affidavit.
“Roske also told the call taker he came from California to kill a specific United States Supreme Court Justice,” the complaint stated.
The suspect was arrested at about 1:50 a.m. Wednesday and was taken into custody in Montgomery County, a Supreme Court spokesperson said. Montgomery County police said the case has been transferred to the FBI.
Let’s compare how that real attempt at deadly violence against one of the highest members of the U.S. government played out next to this event, as reported by Revolver News:
Many Americans are grappling with the bizarre circumstances surrounding the death of an elderly Utah man. The FBI stormed his home, citing death threats he reportedly made against Joe Biden and other Democratic leaders. While it’s clear that making online threats is unacceptable, considering the plethora we’ve witnessed against Trump from unhinged leftists, the question remains: should it result in a “death sentence” from Christopher Wray’s corrupt FBI?
BREAKING: A neighbor recorded and released a video of the FBI raid on 74-year-old Craig Deleeuw Robertson while serving warrants at 6:15am in Provo, Utah

Today, Glenn Beck spoke with Travis Lee Clark, a church friend of Craig Robertson. Clark says that Craig was a good man. Travis didn’t follow Craig on social media and only recently became aware of his angry and violent posts. Travis describes Craig as having limited mobility, weighing over 300 pounds, and needing a cane for walking.
So a real, nearly successful attempt to murder Brett Kavanaugh over the reversal of Roe v. Wade results in … a peaceful arrest. A morbidly obese, immobile old man who recklessly issues threats on Facebook gets … killed by the feds. Now of course, nobody wants to endorse even empty threats against public officials, and the death of Robertson needs to be thoroughly investigated. But think of how the Left would have reacted if Trump’s FBI had gunned down, say, Kathy Griffin, then treated with kid gloves some armed, would-be assassin of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Would have raised a few eyebrows, don’t you think?
No Justice for MAGA “Sub-Humans”
Let’s keep in mind what else has happened in the past few years, how the George Floyd rioters went unpunished, and are now winning civil settlements against the police who stopped them from burning and looting our cities. They were praised and bailed out by Kamala Harris. But peaceful January 6 protestors still languish in prison, or die by suicide — under the condemnation of former President George W. Bush, who called them the “children of the same foul spirit” as the 9/11 hijackers and mass murderers. Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with first degree murder for defending himself. Protestor Ashli Babbitt and bar-owner Jake Gardner are dead, God rest their souls.
President Trump was impeached for looking into the Biden family’s corruption, which now will be swept under the rug by the “special counsel” who cut a sweetheart, lifetime immunity deal for Hunter Biden that a court rejected. But Trump faces possible prison time for questioning the 2020 election results. Trump’s own attorney general, Deep State scion William Barr, is defending as constitutional the Department of Justice’s attack on Trump’s First Amendment rights.
What’s happening here? We can only call such a wildly double standard, worthy of the lynch-mob era Jim Crow South, Anarcho-Tyranny. That is, “Anarchy for me, and tyranny for thee.”
The Left Has Broken the Nazi Code on How to Wield Violence
The Left has figured out the effective use of violence, both by political activists and the government. The Right is flailing around, trying to obey traditional American norms — like a boxer who sticks to the Marquess of Queensbury rules after his opponent takes out a samurai sword.
The radical left, which revived across America as part of the backlash against drafting Americans to fight in the futile Vietnam War, first attempted to impose its views on Americans using mob violence and acts of terrorism. See the Weather Underground, the Symbionese Liberation Army, and Jim Jones’ socialist cult — which was intimately linked to Democrat powerbroker Willie Brown and gay activist pioneer Harvey Milk.
Such violence failed, and led to a backlash, including the landslide re-election of President Nixon, and the rise of Ronald Reagan. So leftists like Bill Ayers (Barack Obama’s ghostwriter) and Jeremiah Wright (Obama’s Marxist pastor and guru) turned reluctantly to more peaceful means: Infiltrating the institutions, and winning elections with stealth candidates. Mob violence and acts of terror still had their place, but not until the Left had enough political power to wield them brazenly, without any legal consequences. That would happen in 2020, as part of the George Floyd riots, while Americans cowered under the COVID panic.
Marx-inspired radicals, just like Hitler-influenced fascists, are breathtakingly cynical, and feast parasitically on what’s left of Christian culture. Like tumors, they will feed on different organs inside the Body of Christ.
Just so, the Nazi attempt to seize power in 1923 (the Beer Hall Putsch) failed spectacularly, and landed Adolf Hitler in prison. That experience convinced Hitler that violence would have to wait until his National Socialist party could dominate the police and the courts, and literally get away with murder. Indeed, that domination had already begun — Hitler really should have been executed for treason. Instead, he got a short sentence in a cozy jail, where a typist could visit him and help him write Mein Kampf. Bill Ayers and other American terrorists also got light sentences, then academic jobs to support them in writing their books — and Obama’s books, too.
Tumors in the Body of Christ
Terrorizing citizens and taking away their rights are fundamental precepts of both Marxism and National Socialism. Both post-Christian totalitarian systems deny that human persons are the image of God, endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights. Instead, we are termites in a colony, or cells inside a body, fit to be sacrificed by the millions if need be to serve the Revolution or the Race.
Marx-inspired radicals, just like Hitler-influenced fascists, are breathtakingly cynical, and feast parasitically on what’s left of Christian culture. Like tumors, they will feed on different organs inside the Body of Christ, to nourish themselves and metastasize. Each proved willing to hijack Christian sentiments and rhetoric wherever they found it helpful.
Marxists would activate the Christian nerve that rightly smarts at abuse of the poor. Nazis would prod our instinct to maintain order rather than chaos and defend our native land. But Marxists never cared about the poor for their own sake, except as a means to power. Look at the tens of millions they blithely starved in Russia, China, Ethiopia, North Korea, etc. Likewise, the Nazis were happy to stoke riots and arson, and launch their Fatherland in a suicidal war against most of the planet — which left Germany in rubble.
You Can Only Get Away with Terror Once You Control the Police
By the time the Nazis were ready to force the issue and demand control of the German government in 1933, they had already won some crucial victories. They’d won the sympathy of judges and police chiefs in cities all across Germany — who saw them as a bulwark against the danger of Communism. So for years, Nazi thugs had been able to attack, silence, even kill their political rivals … and not face prison. Indeed, anti-Nazis would be prosecuted for daring to defend themselves. The leaders of Antifa—whose founders lost those streetfights to the Nazis — remembered that. And in 2020 they acted on it.
In dozens of Democrat-ruled cities across America, city officials pretended that Antifa and Black Lives Matter are legitimate bulwarks against the threat of “racism” and “white nationalism” (see the dreaded, persecuted Proud Boys, and the FBI-infiltrated militias who made the most noise on January 6). That’s why radicals who bombed courthouses and police cars weren’t prosecuted. Indeed, Kamala Harris went on TV and said that the riots shouldn’t stop. Michelle Obama warned Americans that if Biden weren’t elected, the riots would get far worse — so they should vote as if their “lives depended on it.” That was extortion, in case you missed it, like Winnie Mandela threatening her enemies with “necklacing.”
When one faction in a country is willing to pervert the rule of law to persecute its opponents, and treats its own crazies and terrorists with kid gloves, you know that you’re facing a dark and dangerous era. Go in your prayer closets and gird your loins. And don’t trust anyone who claims to be a “conservative” or a “Christian” who’s helping today’s brownshirts to terrorize Americans. Whether he knows it or not, he’s playing for the other team.
