The Brew: Trump’s Town Hall, Biden Family’s Big Haul and a Big Hip, Hip Hooray!
Welcome to Thursday!
Weβve got a short Brew this morning … because we have two new articles up. Hope you’ll check them out.
Trump CNN Town Hall
Last night, Donald Trump took part in a CNN town hall. Or more accurately, Trump and an audience of voters tried to enjoy a town hall, while host Kaitlan Collins kept biting at his heels.
Her snark and sniping got so bad Trump at one point observed, βYouβre a nasty person, I tell yaβ!β
No matter. Trump so dominated the night, thereβs talk CNN cut the town hall short.
If CNN was hoping to show viewers, particularly disgruntled Fox News viewers, they had turned a new leaf toward more balanced coverage, they failed miserably. And because Trump managed to flip even Collinsβ toughest assaults, and made her often look incredibly shallow, even Democrats knew it was a disaster. And a big boost for Trump. AOC couldnβt have been more angry at CNN if they had lost her tickets to the Met Gala.
I have a complete rundown of the debate up at The Stream called βTrump’s CNN Town Hall and Rumble.β
Biden Inc. Exposed
The House Oversight Committee released a detailed memo outlining its latest finding in their investigation of Biden Inc. This memo describes how the Biden family and connected associates created at least 20 companies while Biden was VP that collected $10 million bucks from foreign entities that was then laundered into Biden family and connected accounts.
Read all about it in our βJoe Biden Has No Business Except Politics.β
You can read the House Oversight Committee memo here.
Rep. George Santos Busted β¦ Oh So Quickly
On the same day evidence of Biden family corruption was being presented, the DOJ rounded up freshman Republican Rep. George Santos, charging him with 13 counts of fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds and false statements.
Santos surrendered to authorities and was arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
Yes, Santos has shown himself to be a deceitful charlatan. But ainβt it funny how quickly DOJ moved on his alleged corruption when heβs only been in Washington four months? Tom Fitton noticed.
The Biden DOJ rushed to charge George Santos in "record time" while STILL sitting on Hunter/Joe Biden corruption for at least FIVE YEARS! https://t.co/thT4r8zkMR

The five years refers to the news breaking this week that former U.S. prosecutor Bud Cummins notified the DOJ in 2018 that Ukraineβs top investigator claimed to have evidence and witnesses that Joe Biden directly benefited from payments made by the folks behind Burisma.
Washington State All In on State-Sponsored Child Sexual Mutilation
Washington minors who want to have sex changes without parental consent have new protections under a law signed Tuesday by Gov. Jay Inslee. The law declares the transgender minors are βprotectedβ from βestranged parents.β
Previously, licensed shelters and host homes had been required to notify parents within 72 hours when minors enter their facilities. Now, they can contact the state Department of Children, Youth and Families. The state would then contact families, if βfeasible.β But the kids can stay at βhost homesβ without parental permission.

Groom a kid. Convince them to hate their body. Separate them from their families. Let them hang out in host homes without parental permission or parents even contacted. Let them get shot up with chemical castration, life-changing hormones, even surgery for a dysphoria that goes away 80% of the time before one reaches adulthood. What could go wrong there?
The Blaze noted APβs original headline on the story was βTrans minors protected from parents under Washington law.β But not protected from the consequences. Not the consequences.
Finally, Congratulations to the Thomas Stone Cougars!
Last evening, the Thomas Stone High School Cougars of Waldorf, Maryland, won their first playoff game in menβs lacrosse in the schoolβs history. A 6-2 victory over Westlake. The Cougars are coached by my nephew Dan, who also happened to be celebrating his birthday. Many of the players had never even played lacrosse until this season. Not only are they learning the game, they are learning to be family. To be brothers. Their brotherβs keepers.
