House Passes Bill That Would Ban Biological Males From Competing in Womenβs and Girlβs School Sports
The House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday that would prohibit biological males from competing in womenβs and girlβs sports. This should be a no-brainer. The bodies of biological males are, in essence, corked bats when competing against females. A corked bat doesnβt guarantee a win, but it sure offers an unfair and unethical advantage.
However, as we know, for the transgender cult and their supporters, this common sense move to protect girlβs and womenβs sports is a high crime. Transphobia. And to the media, it’s yet another opportunity to falsely smear a common sense position. For example, AP calls the bill a ban on trans athletes. As our Jay Richards noted, that is a flat out lie.
This @AP headline is a straight up lie. This law bans no one from athletic competitions. It simply requires males to compete against other males, rather than cheating and competing against females: https://t.co/gEJSFyxJAk

The Protect Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023 passed by a party line vote 219-203. It has little chance of passing the Senate. (Though youβd think some of the vulnerable Democrats up in 2024 might think twice about coming down on the side of biological men beating up on women.) Yet, if it does pass the Senate, Joe Biden has vowed to veto the bill.
NC Volleyball Player Seriously Injured by Biologically Male Opponent Speaks Out for the First Time
Memo to whoever ends up running against Biden. Make sure this clip β and others like it β are part of your campaign. In September, a female high school volleyball player suffered head and neck injuries when a biological male on the opposing team spiked a ball into her face. A month later, the girl was still suffering from vision problems and side effects from the concussion.
That player, Payton McNabb, a senior at Hiwassee Dam High School in Murphy, NC, actually came forward Wednesday to speak out for the first time about her injuries. She called on North Carolina legislators to pass the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.
Watch the clip of Payton McNabb getting spiked in the face by a male competing with the women. Then watch her testimony she gave today for the first time publicly. I was honored to stand alongside her in NC to continue the fight to protect women's sports. pic.twitter.com/mvJmwprkaX

“Due to the North Carolina High School Athletic Association policy of allowing biological males to compete against biological females my life has forever been changed,” McNabb said. Eight months after the spike, she still has neck and head pain. For starters.
βOther injuries I still suffer from today include impaired vision, partial paralysis on my right side, constant headaches, as well as anxiety and depression. My ability to learn, retain, [and] comprehend has also been impaired, and I require accommodations at school for testing because of this.”
McNabb says sheβs speaking out to protect her fellow female athletes.
“I’m here for every biological female athlete behind me. My little sister, my cousins, my teammates. Allowing biological males to compete against biological females is dangerous. I may be the first to come before you with an injury, but if this doesn’t pass I won’t be the last.”

Even Baseball Teams are Fleeing California: Oakland A’s Heading to Vegas
The U-Hauls arenβt just taking fed up residents out of the crumbling progressive dystopia of California. Theyβre now taking full baseball teams.
The Oakland A’s announced Wednesday night that, after 20 years of trying to get a new stadium built in Oakland, they are ditching the coast and heading to Vegas.

The team has purchased a parcel of land near the Sunset Strip to build a new 35,000 seat, $1.5 billion stadium.
To think that in the mid-20th century, teams raced to move to sunny California. The Dodgers and Giants fled New York in the mid-50s. The Athletics themselves ditched Kansas City for Oakland in 1968 β¦ only 13 years after leaving Philadelphia.
How the mighty bear has fallen.
White House Denies IRS Whistleblower Allegation That the Administration is Interfering in the Hunter Biden Investigation
Wednesday night brought a devastating allegation from a veteran IRS investigator: The whistleblower claims the Biden Administration has been hindering the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s taxes. In a letter to Congress, the whistleblower is described by his lawyer as “a career IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent who has been overseeing the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high-profile, controversial subject since early 2020.” The Wall Street Journal confirmed that the subject is Hunter.
As The Blaze reports, the whistleblowerβs disclosures would:
- “contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee,”
- “involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case,”
- and “detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected.”
On Thursday the White House released a statement denying βpolitical interferenceβ in the Hunter investigation. These are the same people who denied Biden had any knowledge of his sonβs business deals. The White House insisted Biden has upheld his βcommitmentβ to keep the investigation free from any interference.
We’ll see. Lawyer Mark Lytle tells CBS News his client has documented proof of the interference and preferential treatment.
Priorities: White House Invites So-Called “Tennessee Three” … No Such Invite for Families of Nashville Christian School Shooting
The so-called “Tennessee Three” β state lawmakers who were briefly expelled from the legislature for leading a stormy gun control rally in the State Capitol β have been given a coveted invite to the White House Monday. The protest was rushed together in the wake of the mass murder of six people including three children at a Christian school in Nashville by a riled up transgender. So were the families of the victims invited to the White House? Nope.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about if the families have been invited. Responded Jean-Pierre, “I donβt have anything to read out to you about any invite.” (What’s wrong with a simple, “No”?
Doocy: “Monday, you’re going to have 3 of the lawmakers who protested…after the…Covenant School shooting. Have any of the victims or [their] families been invited to the WH?”
KJP: “I don’t have anything to read out…about any invite.”
Doocy: “Why?”
KJP: “I just don’t” pic.twitter.com/Ru5Z4SogjV

Dan Bongino Leaves Fox News
Dan Bongino has left Fox News, effective immediately. Bongino insisted on his Rumble program that there’s no drama, no hard feelings. And it certainly doesn’t have anything to do with ratings. He consistently wins his time slot. The two sides simply could not come to a deal on a contract extension. Bongino‘s been hosting the show Unfiltered at 9 p.m. Eastern on Saturday nights. Lawrence Jones’ Cross Country, which currently airs at 10 p.m. Saturdays, will temporarily slip into the spot, until a permanent replacement is announced.
Please Support The Stream: Equipping Christians to Think Clearly About the Political, Economic, and Moral Issues of Our Day.
It’s not surprising they didn’t reach a deal. Bongino has enough going on and enough in the hopper that he could ask for the kind of dollars that would make it worth his while. And Fox News has enough other options that they didn’t have to pay those kind of dollars. For example, keeping Lawrence Jones at 9 p.m. and launching another humor based late night show in the ten o’clock slot β Greg Gutfeld’s old spot β with Jimmy Failla. The comedian already hosts the Fox Nation show Fox Across America and has been showing up all over Fox News in recent months. Plus his guest hosting for Gutfeld has been stellar.
