Jon Stewart Returning to Daily Show on Mondays Through the Election Cycle

You know those TV shows that were hot 20 years ago that get revived, and unless they’re called Frasier, generally stink up the room and tarnish the goodwill of the original show?

As former actor Ronald Reagan once said, “Well, there you go again.” With the Democrats hemorrhaging support, Hollywood is set to bring back a big gun to help out. Comedian-commentator-liberal sherpa Jon Stewart. He will be returning to helm The Daily Show as Executive Producer and host every Monday night.

Since Stewart left the show, it’s been about as funny as a tour of Nagasaki, and but for Gutfeld! late night comedy has been a bitter, lame partisan wasteland.

The question is, will Stewart shred all his good will to boost Biden’s fortunes or will he do the funny thing and be a bipartisan jester? One sign he may be willing to buck the partisan boys came two years ago during an appearance on Stephen Colbert’s show when he launched into a monologue about COVID origins — to the horror of the Fauci flunky. This came was when suggesting COVID came from the Wuhan lab was still considered near sacrilege. In fact, you can credit this viral appearance by Stewart with helping bring down the media wall protecting the COVID Origins Dogma.

Here’s another sly, less-than-admirable, celebrity moment.

Kim Kardashian Quietly Returns to Pedo-Sadist Designer Line’s Fold

In December 2022, we shared the sordid story of fashion brand Balenciaga sexualizing children in their Spring/Summer 2023 catalogue, which featured sexualized children under five holding toy bears in BDSM gear. The campaign also featured other references promoting pedophilia.

Kim Kardashian was a major partner of Balenciaga. When the scandal erupted, she said she was “shaken” and “re-evaluating” her relationship with the brand, wanting to see how the company responded.

Well, she’s back in bed with Balenciaga in a major way. On Monday, the fashion house announced Kardashian as its new “brand ambassador.”

Kardashian said:

For several years now, Balenciaga’s designs have been a part of my many looks – and some of my most iconic fashion moments. This historic fashion house embraces modernity, craftsmanship and takes an innovative approach to design under [creative director] Demna. For me, this long-standing relationship is built on mutual trust and a commitment to doing what’s right. I’m excited about this next chapter for the brand to become their ambassador.

Hollywood Planning DEI Remakes of It’s a Wonderful Life and The Wizard of Oz.

Isn’t the ongoing collapse of Disney teaching these people anything?

Hollywood’s working on remakes of both It’s a Wonderful Life and The Wizard of Oz. And as much as it sounds like a fool’s errand to start with, the truth is much worse. Writer-Director Kenya Barris, who is working on the adaptations, wants to tell the stories from a “different point of view.” And that spells trouble in 2024 Hollywood.

For It’s a Wonderful Life the creative force behind the ABC sitcom Black-ish tells Variety he wants to cast a “black or brown” George Bailey. Anyone want to bet Mr. Potter remains a bitter old white guy? And the angel who helps out George is played by Dylan Mulvaney? Even if Barris doesn’t drive the classic off a woke cliff, he’s still looking at a likely wreck. People have been trying for 60 years to make films that are rip-offs of It’s a Wonderful Life. They fail. Usually miserably.

As believers, let’s see if Barris keeps the one thing that really drives the film: The prayers of the people of Bedford Falls that kick off the movie. Start with God and faith and prayer, perhaps Barris succeeds where others fail.

As for The Wizard of Oz, Barris wants to dump Kansas for the urban L.A.-suburb of Inglewood, “and I want to do it with diverse characters.” Something not diverse about a scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion? You need a Courage-Challenged Lion? A Tin Gender-Fluid? Again, we casting Dylan Mulvaney as Dorothy? You know Mulvaney would kill for the role.

By the way, setting The Wizard of Oz in an urban area? Now that’s an original idea.

While Washington descends into madness, Ohio has risen up to protect minors from the sex change hysteria and female athletes from having to compete with men.

Yesterday, Ohio’s State Senate joined their House brethren and voted to override Gov. Dewine’s veto of the SAFE Act, a bill protecting children from transgender surgeries and puberty blockers. The new law also prevents males from competing in female sports. The law goes into effect in 90 days.

The vote was 23-9.

A big shout-out to the Buckeye State. And their non-transmasculine legislatures with a spine.
