The Brew: Hit Teams, SCOTUS Threats, and Terrorists Hidden by the Admin … What a Close to Summer
Happy Friday!
God is in His heaven and the Brew is now served.
But first, a reminder from Colossians 1:17: “He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”
That’s a necessary point to make before wading into the dark waters, starting with teams of assassins targeting former President Donald Trump and a plot to torture six Supreme Court justices.
Rep: Matt Gaetz: At Least Five Teams in Country Geared Toward Killing Trump
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) made a harrowing statement on Thursday. Gaetz reveals he was informed by a Homeland Security official that there are at least five teams in the country β three foreign, two domestic β that are βgeared toward assassinatingβ Trump.
A senior Homeland Security official I met with said that they were aware of at least FIVE teams in the countryβthree foreign in nature and two domesticβthat are geared toward assassinating President Trump.

Where are these foreign teams from? Gaetz told Breitbart News that, from his understanding, they are from Iran, Ukraine and Pakistan. Ukraine would certainly raise eyebrows, given the fact that would-be assassin Ryan Routh was there for months on end, and only recently returned.
Gaetz was told this information about the five teams before Sunday’s assassination attempt — which makes the Secret Service’s feeble effort to protect the perimeter of the golf course even more astonishing. They knew teams were gunning for Trump and they let Routh hang out in the bushes almost long enough to establish Florida residency?
On Gutfeld! Wednesday night, Trump shrugged off the risks, calling the presidency a βdangerous job.β The Republican candidate is not backing off his campaign schedule. In fact, he announced Thursday morning he will be visiting Springfield, Ohio and Aurora, Colorado — two towns hard struck by migrants (illegal and otherwise) who were allowed into the country by the Biden-Harris administration.
Former Chief Border Agent: Ordered to Conceal Number of Terror-Connected Illegals Entering Country
The news of these alleged assassination teams comes after former Chief Border Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke testified about the lengths to which he was ordered to go in order to cover up the truth about the border. Particularly, Heitke says the Biden administration ordered Border Patrol officials not to release information on the increase in the number of βsignificant interest aliensβ (SIAs) they encountered — that is, illegals with βsignificant ties to terrorism.β
Heitke told the House Homeland Security Committee that before 2021, Border Patrol would average about 10-15 SIA encounters a year. Once βword got outβ about the open border, however, the number skyrocketed tenfold. βSan Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022, well over that in 2023, and even more than that registered this year.β Thatβs not counting the gotaways.
According to Heitke, the Biden-Harris administration was βtrying to convince the public there was no threat at the border.β
Meanwhile, 158 Democrats actually voted against a bill Wednesday that would mandate deporting noncitizens who commit crimes against women. However, 51 of them did vote for the Violence Against Women by Illegal Immigrants Act, so the bill has passed with great bipartisan support.
What reason would the 158 have against deporting criminal illegal immigrants who prey on women? Radical Wisconsin Congresswoman Pramilya Jayapal accused Republicans of βscapegoating immigrants and attempting to weaponize the crime of domestic violence.β
DOJ Charges Alaskan Man With Threatening to Kill Six Supreme Court Justices
An Alaskan man has been charged with threatening to torture and kill six Supreme Court justices. The U.S. Department of Justice didnβt mention which six, but with a 6-3 conservative majority, itβs not hard to guess who was on the list.
Post Millennial reports that βPanos Anastasiou, 76, has been charged with nine counts of making threats against a federal judge and 13 counts of making threats in interstate commerce.β Anastasiou is accused of sending more than 465 messages to the Supreme Courtβs portal between March 2023 and July 2024, threatening the justices and two of their family members.
Is this the βwhirlwindβ Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said in 2022 that conservative justices would reap after overturning Roe v. Wade? Is this the βpriceβ he said theyβd pay?
Itβs also worth nothing that Anastasiou made 19 separate donations to the Democrats’ fundraising vehicle ActBlue — just like would-be Trump assassins Thomas Crooks and Ryan Routh.
We are waiting for the media to tell us how the threats against the justices are their own fault.
In Other News β¦
Itβs Friday. No way weβre ending summer on a bummer.
MSNBC Guest: Putin Would Be Deterred by Harris Being Mixed Race
MSNBC guest Steven Anderson is getting smacked down for some comments he made about Kamala Harris. But in the interest of fairness, how many of us have at some point thought, “If I had only stopped talking I would have been fineβ? Anderson’s likely having one of those about now.
Anderson spoke about how Kamala Harris being a βblack woman, a product of a mixed marriage,β would be an inspiration across the globe. βOur country is so great that we’ll allow a woman like that to become commander-in-chief, the President of the United States,” he said. “That is going to send a powerful message all over the world.β
Had Anderson stopped there he would have been fine. Unfortunately, with no spouse at his side to tug on his arm, he went on.
βPeople like Vladimir Putin are gonna say, ‘Hey, wait a minute. These guys, they truly have a democratic country, they truly are representative, they truly are fighting for all their people.’β
Who knows? If we make the president a transgender woman of color with one leg, not only will Putin stop the war in Ukraine, he’ll give back Croatia, refrain from pushing his political opponents out of hotel windows, and donate his ill-gotten fortune to ActBlue!
Again, we tease. Again, weβve been there.
Hail to the Chief!
A few years back the busybody forces of wokeness forced the famed Washington Redskins franchise to ditch its name because it was βoffensiveβ to Native Americans. Being liberals, they didnβt really bother to ask the Native Americans how they felt about it.
The pressure led to Washington not only losing the name, but removing all First Nations imagery from team branding, including the profile of Blackfeet Chief John Two Guns White Calf that served as the face of the franchise for 48 years. (Erasing Native Americans honors Native Americans? Sure, that makes sense.)
Now, some family members are asking the team to bring the chiefβs image back. Great-nephew Thomas White Calf told Fox News, βThe fans want him back and we want him back.β
So does U.S. Senator Steve Daines (R-MT). He blocked a bill approving the revitalization of the Redskinsβ old RFK Stadium unless the team agrees to honor the logo.
The teamβs new ownership does seem eager to find a way to pay tribute to Chief John Two Guns White Calf.
“We are collaborating with Sen. Daines to honor the legacy of our team’s heritage and the Native American community,” they said in a statement. “At the senator’s suggestion, we have developed a positive relationship with Ryan Wetzel, the grandson of (tribal member) Walter ‘Blackie’ Wetzel, who designed the logo. We look forward to honoring that legacy.”
Still, itβs kind of amusing that the chiefβs family is coming forward now that thereβs a new owner β¦ and a hot-shot new quarterback.
And with that, we say so long to Summer 2024. We’ll see you back here in autumn!
