The Brew: Biden Bribery Meets Trump Indictment

Strike up “Hail to the Chief,” it’s a presidential Brew.

Trump Indicted Over Documents. (Big Surprise)

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by the Department of Justice over his handling of classified documents. That’s as surprising as Trump receiving notification he may be a big winner in the Publisher’s Clearinghouse Sweepstakes.

It was clear from the moment Joe Biden allowed the FBI to storm Mar-a-Lago over a document dispute that criminal charges would be the end result. And yes, Biden was involved. Biden had unilaterally signed away Trump’s presidential executive privilege — something liberal icon Alan Dershowitz insists he can’t do. That decision allowed the Obama-appointed partisan former head of the National Archives to run to the DOJ. That was the trigger. You’d think protecting the office of the presidency would mean more than getting at a political rival, but alas.

Biden’s wishes were certainly on display when he publicly declared he was going to use every constitutional measure to prevent Trump from assuming office again. The word from the Big Guy to DOJ was clear: Get Trump, come Swamp or High Water.

The icing was Biden’s DOJ appointing a partisan operative like Jack Smith as Special Counsel.

What’s This Really About?

On the surface, this is wrestling match over the Presidential Records Act. Trump’s case is, essentially: I had ultimate declassification authority. The 100 or so documents found marked “classified” I had declassified, and they’re secure at Mar-a-Lago. Besides we were working things out with the National Archives. So what’s the problem?

And even if the National Archives wants to challenge him on that, the matter isn’t criminal. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute. At best it’s an administrative dispute to be settled by courts. But just like New York twisting the law to create a case when the statute of limitations has passed — when it comes to hunting Trump, standards and rules do not apply.

Thus last night’s indictment.

Certainly, the DOJ isn’t concerned about classified documents, per se. I mean, Biden had classified documents strewn about like peanut shells on a BBQ joint floor. Available for the taking by a crack addict in the pay of our foreign adversaries.

So what’s the real deal? Obviously, stopping Trump in 2024. The Stormy Daniels case in New York, pushed by a prosecutor Biden’s DOJ sent to D.A. Alvin Bragg’s office, made that obvious.

But is that the full story? Maybe the real question is, “What does Trump have that has Biden’s team so desperate to get their hands on it they’d send FBI agents rifling through Melania’s closets to get hold of them?”

Conservative Treehouse thinks it has the answer: The documents pertaining to Crossfire Hurricane. The documents showing the FBI/DOJ/Barack Obama and Joe Biden complicity in the framing of Donald Trump for “Trump Russia Collusion.” And the mechanisms of the Deep State.

In short, President Trump declassified documents that show how the institutions within the U.S. government targeted him. However, the institutions that illegally targeted President Trump are the same institutions who control the specific evidence of their unlawful targeting.

These examples of evidence held by President Donald Trump reveal the background of how the DC surveillance state exists. THAT was/is the national security threat behind the DOJ-NSD search warrant and affidavit.

Check out the four-part series with all the details.

Why move against Trump now? Conservative Treehouse believes it was precipitated by the end of the Durham investigation. All the documents that Trump declassified that formed part of the investigation should now be released.

But the timing indictment of Donald Trump is highly suspicious for one big reason: The Biden Bribery Scandal.

FBI Shows Congress Biden Bribery Memo … Paid to Get Ukraine Prosecutor Fired?

News that the DOJ has indicted Trump broke hours after the FBI relented and let Congress see the Confidential Source Memo that details an allegation that Joe Biden accepted a bribe from a foreign government while VP in exchange for a specific policy action. Want to distract from evidence of Biden’s impeachable criminality? Throw a Trump charge out there. The media would pass over the Rapture if it meant covering a negative Trump story.

We’ve also learned more about the allegation. House Oversight Chairman James Comer revealed to Just the News that the alleged bribery scheme involved Ukraine. “This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden.”

How substantial? $5 million.

Comer would not confirm if the businessman was Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, whose Burisma Holdings firm hired Hunter Biden. The company that was under investigation by Ukraine Inspector General Viktor Shokin when Hunter was hired.

However, Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene got a look at the document, and she added some details in a presser Thursday. The headline? Biden was paid by Zlochevsky to get Shokin fired.

Allegedly Zlochevsky paid Joe and Hunter $5 million, including direct payments to Joe to get Shokin fired and nix the Burisma investigation. We know Biden got Shokin fired … he famously bragged about it.

What’s more, according to the informer, Zlochevsky boasted they laundered the payments through so many banks and shell companies it would take 10 years for Americans to sort it out.

That part’s certainly working out. Hunter joined Burisma in May of 2014, nine years ago. And now we’re sorting it out.

Dem. Rep Jamie Raskin’s Irony … or Hypocrisy

Rep. Comer also revealed that the informant behind the allegation is a regular, trusted source whom the Bureau has paid $200,000 over the years. What’s more, this informant had gone to the FBI in 2017 with the Biden bribery scheme. But you know the drill. If it’s a Republican, Lady Justice sprints. A Democrat, she crawls backwards.

One sign that the FD-1023 form House Oversight saw was devastating and the source credible? Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin — as skilled a manipulator of fact as there is in the Swamp — could only manage to dismiss the memo by saying the source’s information was “secondhand hearsay.” He also claimed an investigation into the allegation was terminated in 2020. Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Tuesday, “It’s not true. It wasn’t closed down.” Another Raskin deflection was claiming the document originated in a cache of evidence collected by Rudy Giuliani. Tarnish the allegation by invoking Rudy. As the Federalist points out, this claim is bogus.

Raskin was one of the lead prosecutors in the House Impeachment trial of Trump, which started with “secondhand hearsay” from a whistleblower — who just happened to have been Joe Biden’s man for Ukraine when Vice President.

An impeachment based on Trump asking President Zelensky about Biden activities in Ukraine … that the Justice Department we now know knew included a credible allegation of bribery.

Federalist writer David Harsanyi observes no one in the MSM seems interested in seeing the memo.

“There isn’t a journalist in the world who wouldn’t want to see an informant’s account of a president taking a bribe. Therein lies the problem.” There are few journalists left.
