Today’s a big day at The Stream. This post marks the 40,000th article we’ve published since launching 4 1/2 years ago.

Our founder James Robison wanted to say “Thank you!” And in this brief video, he talks about how God led him to launch The Stream in answer to prayer.

“We believe The Stream is one place where God has brought together uniquely gifted individuals who believe we have a reliable standard — God’s Word — that’s never to be moved to accommodate the failure of any individual, or to support a political party or a sectarian position.” Rather it’s a “source of wisdom and insight that presents truth in such redemptive love, that it exposes the enemy.”

We are so grateful for your support, encouragement … and correction. Here’s to 40,000 more. And may the Spirit of God hover over The Stream.
