Social Media Gives the First Debate to Carly Fiorina
It’s debate night. The GOP contenders are squaring off for the first time in this election cycle. The title fight is currently underway, but the undercard has already finished up their bout, with the 7 lowest-polling contenders fighting to break out into the top of the pack. Carly Fiorina has done just that.
Out of the gate, Fiorina grabbed America’s attention, driving them to Google. She was the most Googled candidate of those 7 from 4:40 until 6:24, only dipping to second place twice.
Social media agreed; Carly Fiorina won.
