Shakedown, Biden Style
Joe Biden has some hard explaining to do. Assuming we still live in a country where elected officials have to answer to the people.
The IRS uncovered a WhatsApp message Hunter Biden sent to Chinese businessman and Communist Party official Henry Zhao on July 30, 3017. Zhao is CEO of investment firm Harvest Fund Management.
IRS Supervisory Agent and whistleblower Gary Shapely gave the message to House Republicans who released it Thursday. Itβs nothing short of a mob-style shakedown. Hunter writes:
I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.”
And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.

Later: “I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Less than two weeks after this shakedown that repeatedly invoked the name of Joe Biden, Huang dropped $5.1 million into the Biden family coffers. For what? Isnβt that the question? And itβs one the White House refuses to answer.
But how do we know if Joe Biden was actually sitting next to Hunter? Hunter could have been in some drug den or sex club at the time, and pretending his fatherβs involvement. However, photos from Hunterβs laptop show him driving Joeβs prized convertible within hours of the message. He was with his father in Wilmington. (And as you’ll see below, DOJ wouldn’t let the IRS prove the two were together.)

Another line youβre hearing from the propaganda press is that the text was sent after Biden was no longer VP, and thus he was a private citizen with a right to make a buck. Except, as NY Post reports, Zhaoβs company was associated with BHR Partners, an βinvestment fundβ Hunter Biden set up just 12 days after joining Vice President Biden on Air Force Two for a trip to China. The deal for which Huang was being shaken down was launched while Biden was VP. While Biden was Obama’s guy on China.
The IRS Stonewalled in Trying to Investigate βThe Big Guyβ
The IRS wanted to dig deeper, to search the guest house at the Biden residence and to do geo-tracking to prove Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were together, but the assistant U.S. Attorney in the Delaware office Lesley Wolf wanted no part of a raid because of the βoptics.β Which would look bad for Joe.
Remember the investigation into Biden, Inc.βs dealings with Communist Chinese energy company CEFC β the deal where βThe Big Guyβ was set to get 10%? This same DOJ official Wolf again rejected any effort to dig into Joe Bidenβs involvement. A second, anonymous IRS whistleblower said investigators wanted to find out who βthe Big Guyβ was, but Wolf βinterjected and said she did not want to ask about the big guyβ that she did not want to ask questions about “dad.”
Says Shapley, βWhen multiple people in the room spoke up and objected that we had to ask, she responded, thereβs no specific criminality to that line of questioning. This upset the FBI too.”
The NY Post continues:
Investigators later did ask (key Biden family associate Rob) Walker about Joe Bidenβs role. An FBI agent asked if there were βany times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter Biden say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?β
βYes,β Walker answered, according to Shapley, before βinexplicably, the FBI agent changed the subject.β
Hardly inexplicable, if youβve been paying attention to the FBIβs behavior in politically charged cases. (Check out my 2018 article about 21 times DOJ/FBI gave Hillary Clinton the benefit of the doubt or didnβt pursue an obvious line of investigation. The odds of anyone getting 21 coin tosses in a row: 1-in-2,097,152.)
The White House Responds With a Middle Finger
The White House wanted no part of questions about the whistleblowers on Friday, with six reporters giving it a worthy, but fruitless try. Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre refused to cop to the obvious fact that Joe Biden lied about being involved in his sonβs business affairs. And that she’d repeated that lie.
βNothing has changed,β she said during one testy exchange.
Joe Biden gave his response at Thursday nightβs State Dinner for the Prime Minister of India. He made sure Hunter and Jim Biden had a very public presence at the exclusive event, just hours after the IRS whistleblower statements were released. Nothing like rubbing it in the face of the American public.
Shakedown, a Modus Operandi
If these dealings are so legitimate, can anyone explain what the Bidens did for the money?
And why does the same pattern keep showing up?
Amazingly, this news of the Bidenβs pressuring a foreign entity to get paid off β¦ or else β¦ sounds very familiar. This month we learned from the FBI Confidential Source Memo detailing the alleged Biden bribery scheme involving Ukraine energy company Burisma that Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky felt βcoercedβ into making the $10 million pay-off.
Same tactic, different country.
Takeaway from the IRS Whistleblowers: DOJ and FBI are Thorough Corrupt
What else did the IRS Whistleblower testimony reveal? The DOJ ran a cover up in the Hunter Biden tax fraud investigation. The whistleblowers allege:
- U.S. Attorney David Weiss wanted to bring felony charges against Hunter Biden, twice. Once in California and once in D.C. But the Biden-Appointed U.S. attorneys in those jurisdictions refused. This means that Attorney General Merrick Garland lied to Congress when he insisted Weiss was fully empowered to bring charges outside Delaware. Garland denies Weiss couldn’t bring charges. The lawyer for Shapley calls that nonsense. He’s got six witnesses who say Weiss expressed frustration that he couldn’t bring the charges outside his district and thus wanted to be appointed special counsel to ward off political interference in his investigation. DOJ rejected the request, by the way.
- Speaking of the $10 million in Ukraine cash: The U.S. Attorneyβs Office in Delaware hid from the IRS investigators the FBI Confidential Source Memo detailing the Biden bribery scheme involving Burisma. Then Attorney General Bill Barr had gotten the info from the Pittsburgh office and sent it to Delaware to get checked out. Instead it got buried. According to the whistleblowers, even the FBI agents working with the IRS on the case werenβt given the memo.Incidentally, in the memo, Zlochevsky refers to Joe Biden as “The Big Guy.” But because the memo was kept from the IRS, the investigators blocked from discovering who “The Big Guy” from the China deal were were denied a piece of evidence they could have taken to Wolf. Further evidence they had legitimate reason to investigate Joe.
- The FBI verified by November 2019 that the Hunter Biden laptop was legit. In 2020, they would work overtime to convince Big Tech that it was not legit in order to give βThe Big Guyβ the big prize.
- The IRS was set for a βday of actionβ where investigators would swoop down to interview key witnesses and approach Hunter Biden for consent to search his home. However, the night before the day of action was to take place, the FBI βtipped off people very close to President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden,β thus thwarting the effort.
Whatβs Attorney Merrick Garlandβs take on all this? Deny, deny, deny. And to declare from on high that to even question DOJβs actions constitutes β you guessed it β “an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy.”
Impeachment, the 25th Amendment or the voters will deal with Joe Biden. But what’s to be done about the corrupted and contemptible Justice Department and FBI?
Is reform enough? Or do we have to start from scratch? Virtually all the GOP candidates are unified that something major must be done.
