Next Month’s Headline: ‘Justice Brett Kavanaugh Charged With First-Degree Murder’

By John Zmirak Published on June 17, 2022

If another pro-choice assassin came to Brett Kavanaugh’s house, which the Biden administration won’t defend from political violence, what would happen? What if this would-be killer got into the house, endangering the justice, his wife and their daughters? If Kavanaugh used a legal weapon to defend himself, how would the Biden Justice Department and Maryland prosecutors respond?

Before you answer, acquaint yourself with the facts. Learn how blatantly our Regime is using Anarcho-Tyranny as a weapon to terrorize its opponents. (That is, conservatives and Christians.) Already, we’re seeing an unprecedented wave of attacks against peaceful pro-life organizations — with no apparent action taken by the Department of Justice or FBI. As Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America reports:

[M]ore than 40 incidents of violence, vandalism and intimidation directed toward pro-life individuals and organizations, including pregnancy centers and houses of worship, since the leak of a draft opinion in the Dobbs case.

Yesterday the group known as ‘Jane’s Revenge,’ which has taken credit for attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers across the nation since the leak, issued a statement declaring ‘open season’ on pro-life organizations.

SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser issued the following statement:

‘Every abortion is an act of violence — violence against the unborn child who is killed and violence against the mother who is wounded in one of the deepest ways possible. In contrast to that inherent violence, the vast network of pregnancy centers, maternity homes, and other organizations across America exist to peacefully and lovingly serve women and families. With a workforce made up overwhelmingly of volunteers, these community heroes provide vital material, medical, and educational support to millions of families each year.

‘President Biden, his administration, and every elected officeholder and candidate needs to unequivocally condemn them now, including illegal picketing of Supreme Court justices’ homes and the attempted murder of Justice Kavanaugh. With our allies, we call on Attorney General Garland and the Department of Justice to investigate and prosecute these crimes to the full extent of the law and work proactively to address the security concerns of the pro-life community.’

SBA Pro-Life America joined CatholicVote and over a dozen political organizations in sending a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding action.

Asked today about the attacks on pregnancy centers, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to acknowledge or condemn them.

Anarchy for Me, Tyranny for Thee

Last week, a pro-choice activist actually tried to murder Justice Brett Kavanaugh at his home. You probably didn’t even hear about it, since the Mainstream Media barely mentioned it. Instead, they were laser-focused on the Congressional show trial of election integrity protesters, who took a few selfies at the Capitol on January 6, 2022.

For instance, Dr. Simone Gold, a skeptic of the Dead Baby vaccine, who was swept into the Capitol on January 6, though she left as soon as security asked her to. She is now going to prison, alongside other perfectly peaceful, harmless protestors such as Jacob Chansley. The partisan January 6 Committee continues its show trials, seeking a way to prevent Donald Trump from running for re-election, and trying to imprison his advisors, including Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.

Nailing Spartacus to the Cross

Remember the riots of 2020? That was Anarcho-Tyranny in action, with blue-state governors and mayors letting mobs take over their cities, loot whole neighborhoods, and terrorize the populace. Police stood down, National Guard units stood by, while 35 citizens died and billions in property were destroyed. But when citizens dared to defend themselves against violence, the authorities switched gears instantly from Anarchy to Tyranny. While nobody prosecuted the arsonists, thieves, and Marxist revolutionaries, prosecutors fell all over themselves to persecute honest citizens:

  • Jake Gardner, who defended his small business, and elderly dad, from violent looters in Omaha, Nebraska. (Charged with first-degree murder. Deprived of defense funds by GoFundMe, evicted, died by suicide.)
  • Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who defended their historic St. Louis, Missouri, home from a mob of looters and arsonists on their front lawn by simply showing that they had weapons. (Professionally ruined, charged, forced into plea bargain, stripped of their law licenses.)
  • Kyle Rittenhouse, who volunteered to protect businesses from looters in Kenosha, Wisconsin. When he used a borrowed, legal gun to defend himself from a violent mob pursuing him and assaulting him, he was charged with first-degree murder. (Nationally shamed, canceled — and even after his acquittal, unable to find a college that will admit him.)

With those precedents in mind, read the Washington Post story that I predict would run should a pro-abortion assassin successfully breach Kavanaugh’s home.

Controversial Anti-Choice Justice Previously Charged with Rape Faces Murder Count

July 4, 2022, WASHINGTON, D.C. U.S. Attorney Merrick Garland announced that the Dept. of Justice is investigating whether Justice Brett Kavanaugh violated the civil rights of African-American abortion rights protester Rashid X. Mugabe, 27, whom Kavanaugh shot and killed July 2 during a demonstration.

The controversial justice, credibly accused of rape by Christine Blasey Ford, opposes many civil rights measures and seeks to strip women of reproductive autonomy. He has made no public comment on the case. He has so far resisted calls by the American Bar Association and the faculty of his alma mater, Yale Law School, that he resign from the court.

Montgomery County prosecutors, who initially accepted Kavanaugh’s claim of self-defense, have backtracked in light of new evidence provided by the Justice Department, and charged Kavanaugh with first-degree murder, and multiple weapons charges.

Kavanaugh was taken into custody this morning, after an early morning raid by FBI agents and Maryland SWAT teams. Photos of the justice shackled and in leg irons circulated widely on social media.

TEN PARAGRAPHS OF FLUFF ABOUT MUGABE’S PROMISING CHILDHOOD, HIS MAMA, ART HOBBIES, AND VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES LATER … .

Defenders of the embattled justice, appointed by scandal-plagued ex-president Donald Trump, assert that Mugabe’s presence inside the Kavanaugh’s home, and the machete allegedly found in his hand, constitute evidence that Kavanaugh’s self-defense claim has legal merit. Civil-rights leaders quickly dismissed this claim. “How many black men have to die at the hands of white men wielding weapons of war before this sick, white supremacist gun culture drowns in a sea of blood?” asked Stacey Abrams, the legitimately elected governor of Georgia in exile.

Democrats in the House have empaneled a bipartisan committee to investigate whether Justice Kavanaugh should be impeached, then tried in the Senate and perhaps removed from the Court. Republican members Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger issued a joint statement promising a “fair but tough inquiry.”

Unsurprisingly, in light of this controversy, the Court has withheld its long-expected decision on an abortion case that challenged Roe v. Wade. Legal analyst Lawrence Tribe commented, “That decision is dead as a doornail. They should just drop it in a medical waste dumpster. Democracy … works.”
