New Video: Planned Parenthood Hides Fetal Body Part Sales with Accounting Gimmicks

The Center for Medical Progress posts latest exposé video as David Daleiden heads to court Thursday morning.

At 9 a.m. Thursday morning, Center for Medical Progress founder David Daledein will present himself at the Harris County, Texas court to answer charges that he and his organization violated the law in exposing Planned Parenthood’s illegal sale of aborted baby parts.

However, in a new video released by the CMP, it remains clear that Planned Parenthood is the one with plenty to answer for.

The CMP’s latest expose reveals how the abortion mill uses accounting gimmicks to hide its fetal baby part profiteering.

Melissa Farrell, the Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, is seen explaining how there are “two levels” of invoicing for the fetal specimens. She demonstrates how on PPGC budgeting would use the phrase “per consent” in place of “per specimen” for fetal tissue.

Addressing the issue of patients who give consent, but either change their mind or discover the “specimen” is unusable, Daleiden says, “Now obviously, we don’t want to end up paying for material that we can’t use.” He suggests that there be a line item fee of “something else that represents the specimens.” “Obviously,” Farrell agrees, “Yep. Yeah.”

CMP’s Sandra Merritt chimes in: “I just don’t want turn into a situation that is not financially beneficial for you.” “Yeah, yea,” replies a laughing Farrell. “And we’ll, I’ll take you up on that. I’ll take you up on that. I’ll take you up on that.” She continues, “We definitely want to do that, because that’s what staff and management need to see.” (emphasis added)

Planned Parenthood continues to insist the money it receives from its baby part peddling is to cover shipping and handling costs. “I want to be really clear,” Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards said in a video released last summer, “The allegation that Planned Parenthood profits in any way from tissue donation is not true.”

Richard’s lie is put to further rest later in CMP’s new video. Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast CEO Melaney Linton advises Merritt and Daleiden that Farrell will “work on all of that with you” when it comes to “remuneration” and “compensation” for fetal tissue. Farrell herself boasts during lunch with the duo that her department “contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here.”

Yet today, it is Daleiden and Merritt that face criminal charges; charges brought by the Harris County District Attorney’s office that houses a Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast Board member.

We pray justice for the Center for Medical Progress. And justice for the children butchered and bartered.
