“Building Material: Marine Staff Sergeant Richard Castor (Tombstone, Arizona) helps Vietnamese Popular Forces soldiers distribute roofing tin to families of Hoa Cuong village, south of Da Nang. 1st Marine Aircraft Wing [1st MAW] distributed tin and cement supplied by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to 300 families whose homes were destroyed recently by Viet Cong forces (official USMC photo by Lance Corporal R. Nelson).”
