U.S. Navy Captain Arthur Rawson and U.S. Navy Lieutenant Junior Grade Patricia O’Toole Rawson, two World War II veterans who were married for 69 years, are laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery on April 21, 2016.

Thank you to the Rawsons for their service to their country. May these American heroes rest in peace together for all eternity.

Today, my grandparents, Clarence and Betty Luther, were inurned at Arlington National Cemetery. It is comforting to know that they now rest near departed warriors like the Rawsons, along with countless more American heroes who answered the call to serve.

Rest in peace, Grandma and Grandpa. We love you.
