Manny Pacquiao‘s is one of the most recognizable names (and faces) in professional sports today. The native Filipino is best known as a world-champion boxer. He owns (and coaches) a basketball team in his home country. He is an elected congressman of the Philippine House of Representatives. The guy can do it all!

But more important than all of that, you may be interested to learn, “Pac-Man” is also an evangelical Christian who does not shy away from talking about his faith.

On a recent episode of The Adam Carolla Show podcast, the 36-year-old boxer opened up to comedian Adam Carolla – himself a reluctant atheist – about his conversion experience and the different path he decided to walk after hearing God’s voice call to him in a dream.

You can hear the entire interview here, but take note at around the 35-minute mark when Manny and Adam begin to discuss the tangible, practical, life-altering implications of Pacquiao’s religious convictions.

And on a lighter note, check out this fun clip of Manny Pacquiao holding the focus pads for former boxing trainer Carolla!
