When we turn on our television or smart phones we are bombarded with news that brings us down. Where are all the good stories? Those stories are still there. Here’s one that we hope will bless you.

The Miracle Violinist

Manami Ito began playing the violin at 7 years old. She loved it. But when she lost her right arm in a car accident at 20 years old, she was forced to quit. “I had no choice but to give up playing the violin,” Ito said. She left school and stayed in her house for a year.

But something her mom said stuck with her. “Please play the violin again for me someday.” Ito eventually did … and wait until you see how. 

Now she wants to inspire others. Ito already impacted the judges from the TV show The World’s Best, a talent show that premiered after the Super Bowl. Her beautiful performance drew a standing ovation and tears all around. Judge Drew Barrymore told Ito, “I think not only are you talented but your perspective on life is something that the world definitely needs.”

“It was absolutely beautiful and it really made me proud to witness your grace and your way of overcoming adversity,” said judge RuPaul. “This is a lesson that every human alive needs to learn.”

The World’s Best is now calling Ito “The Miracle Violinist.”
