When we turn on our televisions or smart phones we are bombarded with news that brings us down. Where are all the good stories? They’re still there. Here’s one that we hope will bless you.

Dr. Marie Stopes opened London’s first birth control clinic in 1921. Marie Stopes International β€” more recently MSI Reproductive Choices β€” became a famous center for abortion. But no longer. MSI Reproductive Choices closed forever last month following an almost continuous presence by 40 Days for Life for the last decade.

Robert Colquhoun, Director of International Campaigns for 40 Days for Life, posted a video Wednesday on YouTube about the clinic’s closing. “This is the latest abortion clinic to close in the United Kingdom, on the 28th of May, 2021,” he said. “It’s where our first ever 40 Days for Life campaign started in the United Kingdom and I’m so happy that this abortion center has finally closed. Praised be Jesus Christ!”

Colquhoun went on to say that Stopes was a eugenicist who wrote love letters to Adolph Hitler. The building in central London was her flagship location. Colquhoun started his campaign in 2010 at the building and maintained an “almost permanent vigil” since then.

“If this can happen in London, the United Kingdom, it can happen anywhere.”
