Trump, His Lawyers, Others Indicted by Grand Jury in Fulton County Over President’s Questioning of 2020 Election Case

Among the others indicted, lawyers John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows

As long expected, a Grand Jury under the control of Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis has indicted former President Donald Trump and 18 others over Trump’s questioning of the 2020 election results in Georgia. An election officially decided by a scant 11,779 votes.

An election with so many irregularities and a county whose elections are so poorly run, its election director Ralph Jones was pressured by the Georgia Secretary of State to resign.

This is the fourth time Donald Trump has been indicted since announcing he was running in 2024, and the second case involving Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 Election. Hillary Clinton, who spent four years challenging the 2016 election, who paid to frame Donald Trump with Russian collusion, without so much as an eyebrow raised by prosecutors, cackled at the news.

Among the others indicted, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Trump lawyers John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. You are watching before our eyes the criminalization of legal representation.

The indictments in Fulton County come mere hours after Fulton County posted charges against Trump before the Grand Jury had even voted. The County Clerk insisted the documents on their site were β€œfictitious.”  They weren’t.

You are watching the death of due process.

10 Charges Against Trump

Trump has been charged with 10 counts. These include:

Violating the Georgia RICO Actβ€”the Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations Act

Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer

Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer

Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree

Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings

Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents

Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree

Filing False Documents

Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer

As of yet, he has not been charged with being behind The Nights the Lights Went Out in Georgia.

You’ll notice the charges include conspiracy and racketeering. The same laws used to bust mobsters. Not people who question whether an election is on the up and up.

Trump Campaign: “Election Interference” by the “Biden Crime Cartel”

The Trump Campaign has released a lengthy statement condemning the indictment as “election interference.”

These activities by Democrat leaders constitute a grave threat to American democracy and are direct attempts to deprive the American people of their rightful choice to cast their vote for President. Call it election interference or election manipulationβ€”it is a dangerous effort by the ruling class to suppress the choice of the people. It is un-American and wrong.”

They are taking away President Trump’s First Amendment right to free speech, and the right to challenge a rigged and stolen election that the Democrats do all the time. The ones who should be prosecuted are the ones who created the corruption.

The Fulton County Sheriff is already promising a mug shot of Trump when arraigned.

And D.A. Willis? She’s just launched a new fundraising website.
