The Fourth GOP Undercard Debate in Tweets
Welcome to the seventh GOP debate (yes, seventh): the Fox Business/WSJ undercard debate.
Right off the bat, this debate was notable in one particular arena:
i'm not used to debate moderators asking questions i want to know the answer to.

"How would you create jobs?" "What would you do about Syrian refugees?" "What should we do about entitlements?" It's…real questions!!!

The @FBNlive team is drawing a dramatic contrast to the @CNBC debate panel. Professional, focused, and substantive.

Chris Christie drew praise for refusing to trash the other candidates:
In the undercard Gov. Jindal is calling Huck out on cutting cost of government. Christie identifies Hillary as the real target for criticism

Christie trying to be like Cruz was in the last debate in this undercard debate. Reminding his competitors Hillary the real enemy.

In the closing statements, Huckabee told the story of a child who sent him $6.Β Did it work?
Not sure if the anecdote with the 6-year-old works in this venue.

I really personally like Huckabee, and his closing statement is one of the reasons why.

The prevailing opinion on Twitter was that Christie had the strongest closing:
Christie finishes up the same way he debated — by going after Hillary. Good close.

@GovChristie won. Great closing answer. #nhpolitics

Here’s each candidate, in a nutshell:
Christie: The answer is stopping Hillary, Santorum: It's the Family, Huckabee: It's Morality, Jindal: Cut spending #TTT16 #GOPDebate

The debate was fairly bland, and many were questioning if we really needed to keep having undercard debates.

One silly suggestion might have livened things up a bit!
I think they should have to make clothing statements.

Onward to the main event- the 8th GOP debate.
