We were blessed last week to have First Liberty President and CEO Kelly Shackelford drop by the LIFE Today studios, fresh off of helping win two massive Supreme Court victories that have, in his words, “widely opened the doors” for religious freedom in this country.

In Part One of his chat with James and Betty Robison, Shackelford talked about faith, the Coach Kennedy victory and the Maine school choice case that smacked down religious discrimination in the distribution of school choice funds.

In Part Two, he talks about a jaw-dropping moment during Supreme Court arguments in the Kennedy case — when Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch began discussing how the time had come to get rid of the Supreme Court decision that has underpinned all the legal efforts over the past 50 years to shove expressions of faith from the public square.
