FBI Sources Claim Clinton Foundation Probe Moving Toward Indictment

Authorities also believe there is about a 99 percent chance up to five foreign intelligence agencies got hold of emails from Clinton's private server.

The FBI’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation is moving toward “a likely indictment,” two FBI sources have told Fox News’ Bret Baier.

The shocking news less than a week before the presidential election could have serious ramifications for the Democratic candidate, who lost ground to Donald Trump after new allegations about both the Foundation and Clinton’s private server emerged last week.

Baier reports that two separate sources within the FBI have told him that the Clinton Foundation probe is “expansive,” with “an avalanche of new information coming every day,” and that the FBI is “actively and aggressively pursuing this case.”

The investigation as to whether the Clinton Foundation engaged in pay-for-play with donors while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State has been going on for more than a year and is being led by the white collar crime division, public corruption branch of the criminal investigative division of the FBI.

Bret Baier’s sources say it’s a virtual certainty that Clinton’s private email server was hacked by up to five foreign intelligence agencies.

According to Baier’s sources, laptops from Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were not destroyed, as previously believed, but are being searched by FBI agents for evidence in the case.

FBI investigators are reportedly frustrated by interference from Obama’s Department of Justice in the investigation. According to Baier, his sources say that “barring some obstruction in some way,” FBI investigators “believe they will continue to, likely, an indictment.”

99 Percent Chance Foreign Governments Got Hold of Hillary Clinton’s Emails

Baier’s sources say it’s a virtual certainty that Clinton’s private email server was hacked by up to five foreign intelligence agencies. That particular threat is why the National Security division of the FBI is leading the investigation of Clinton’s mishandling of classified information and is currently combing through Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

The massive trove of emails found on Weiner’s computer include emails that came from Hillary Clinton’s private (and illegal) server. According to Fox News’ sources, the emails are not duplicates of those already in the FBI’s possession and could potentially be classified in nature.
