The Stream Founder James Robison posted a new Christmas message on Facebook today. It is a message of hope for those who approach the holiday with heavy hearts.

James talks about the loss of his daughter five years ago and how others may have experienced a loss and an empty seat at the table this Christmas. “Jesus who was born, whose birth we celebrate, is the only reason we can endure and bear up with the weight of saying goodbye for a while to someone we love — Don’t miss the reason Jesus was born.”

He was born to give us life and peace that passes understanding forever, said James, “no matter how heavy the trials.”
