German Study Confirms Transgender Minors Usually Grow Out of It

Nearly three-quarters of young women between the ages of 14 and 19 who suffer from a gender identity disorder outgrow it within five years. Some 63% those between the ages of five and 24 who are formally diagnosed with a gender identity disorder also no longer have that diagnosis within five years. Those are the conclusions of a longitudinal study conducted in Germany utilizing data from insurance companies.

The study also noted the astronomical rise over the last decade of the number of insured youths claiming to have a gender-identity disorder, from 22.5 cases per 100,000  in 2013 to 175.7 per 100,000 by 2022. That’s nearly a 700% increase.

Federal Judge Tosses Florida Law Banning Sex Changes for Children

Despite the growing proof that about 75% of minors who claim to be a different gender grow out of it within a few years, a federal judge has tossed out a Florida law that attempts to ban sex changes for children and limit sex changes for adults. Judge Robert Hinkle called the law unconstitutional, and had the nerve to compare those who oppose the mutilation of children to the segregationists who fought against the Civil Rights movement.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis vowed to appeal.

Through their elected representatives, the people of Florida acted to protect children in this state, and the Court was wrong to override their wishes. As we’ve seen here in Florida, the United Kingdom, and across Europe, there is no quality evidence to support the chemical and physical mutilation of children. These procedures do permanent, life-altering damage to children, and history will look back on this fad in horror.

But there was better news in Texas.

Judge Rejects Biden’s Effort to Rewrite Title IX in Lone Star State

The U.S. District Court of Northern Texas has rejected Joe Biden’s effort to rewrite Title IX, which would force Texas schools to adopt radical “transgender” policies — in violation of state and federal law. In its decision, the court said:

[The Biden administration] failed to follow the proper procedures here. Rather than promote the equal opportunity, dignity, and respect that Title IX demands for both biological sexes, [the U.S. Department of Education’s] Guidance Documents do the opposite in an effort to advance an agenda wholly divorced from the text, structure, and contemporary context of Title IX.… Thus, to allow [the Biden administration’s] unlawful action to stand would be to functionally rewrite Title IX in a way that shockingly transforms American education and usurps a major question from Congress. That is not how our democratic system functions.

“Joe Biden’s unlawful effort to weaponize Title IX for his extremist agenda has been stopped in its tracks,” said Attorney General Ken Paxton, who sued the Biden administration over the issue. “Threatening to withhold education funding by forcing states to accept ‘transgender’ policies that put women in danger was plainly illegal. Texas has prevailed on behalf of the entire nation.”

WaPo: “Hunter Biden Conviction Could Take a Personal Toll on the President”

Hunter Biden committed a felony and got caught. But rather than confess to his crime, he went to trial — and based on his own words, a jury of his peers convicted him on three felony counts. This is not that complicated — and not even that big a deal in the grand scheme of things, when you think about it.

However, the same media that called Donald Trump Jr. a criminal and a traitor for spending 15 minutes with a Russian lawyer to talk about adoption has been hard at work spinning yesterday’s verdict as a tale of love between father and son.

Sure, Sunday is Father’s Day, but c’mon, man! The Washington Post featured a story similar to others that have been running for months: “Hunter Biden’s Conviction Could Take Personal Toll on President.”

“To a guy who’s already experienced great loss and tragedy, this is another heavy brick on the load,” said Obama advisor David Axelrod. “And it’s going to take enormous strength to carry that load, given all the other bricks that are on there of the presidency and being a candidate.”

Obviously, Biden is hanging on by a thread as it is, both physically and mentally. If the reports are true, this news could send him into the abyss. So our concern has to be: “Will this verdict impact his ability to carry out his duties?”

We have reason to worry. When Hunter joined the board of Burisma, red flags went up at the State Department. Officials scurried to the White House to bring their concerns to then-Vice President Biden — but his staffers, in essence, blocked their way. They told the State Department folks they were not going to bring the matter to Biden because he was still grieving the death of his older son, Beau, and they didn’t want to burden him with headaches caused by his surviving son. 

And that was back when Biden had his full faculties. 

Which matters of international or domestic importance will be kept from the president over concerns that the burden will be too much for him in his fragile state? Matters that will blow up into something worse because they aren’t handled straight away by the person elected to do just that?

Then again, let’s flip the script. Is this the issue that will cause Biden to officially bail out of the race — concerns for his family? (Some people are already speculating that the Democratic National Party plans to replace him at the last minute with someone younger, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom.) Not wanting to put his family through the scrutiny that will come, not only with Hunter’s upcoming California tax trial in September, but the House investigation of his own improper dealings with foreign governments, which puts the entire family in the spotlight since evidence shows the ill-gotten cash was spread around most of them. Hunter’s tawdry love affairs are one thing, but money laundering? That’s another. Biden can claim the whole thing is political and he can’t bear to put his beloved family through it.

The WaPo’s future headlines almost write themselves: “Loving Father Abdicates Highest Office in the Land to Protect Loved Ones from Evil Republicans’ Political Persecution.” 

Hot Dog-Eating GOAT Joey Chestnut Banned from 2024 Annual Contest

Is nothing sacred? July 4 celebrations just won’t be the same this year: Hot dog-eating champ Joey Chestnut has been banned from competing in the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island.  No, it’s not like he was found cheating; rather, the 16-time champion has signed a big endorsement deal to plug a vegan hot dog from Impossible Foods.

A vegan hot dog? Say it ain’t so, Joey!

Only Nathan’s hot dogs can be eaten in this particular competition, which has been taking place every Independence Day since 1916. A source tells the New York Post that Chestnut was paid $200,000 to appear at last year’s event, and was offered a $1.2 million, four-year deal going forward. “The two sides could still come to a resolution before July 4,” he said; “it depends on Joey.”
