She Shall Speak! Harris FINALLY Agrees to Interview … with Cozy CNN

After dodging the media for more than a month, Kamala Harris has finally agreed to do an interview. She and running mate Tim Walz, who’s also been avoiding questions as deftly as he avoided combat, will be sitting down together in the comfy confines of CNN with Dana Bash on Thursday. No, it won’t be a live interview. Heaven forbid the woman who wants to be leader of the free world takes a chance on an interview that can’t be edited! She wants her word salads served chopped.

And why does she need Walz to be there? Sure, it’s tradition for running mates to do joint interviews right after conventions — but a week has already passed since the Democrats concluded theirs, and when it’s been 38 days since she’s done any interview with anyone at all, it seems a little … um … needy.

CNN commentator Scott Jennings smacked down the duel interview, accusing Harris of  requiring an β€œemotional support animal” for it.

Harris was reportedly polling reporters about who her first interview should be with. That’s kind of like the hot girl asking all the adoring guys in her class who should be her homecoming date — simultaneously cruel and clueless.

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith Reindicts Trump in Election Case

Our own Inspector Javert, special counsel Jack Smith, has issued a superseding indictment against former President Donald Trump in the so-called election interference case. The revised, narrower, indictment comes in response to the Supreme Court ruling that a president has immunity for official acts. Perhaps Smith would like to explain how the head of the federal government seeking to ensure a federal election was clean isn’t an official act, or how Trump didn’t have every right to gripe about the results, especially now that we know the extent the federal government went in efforts to fix the election against him.

But logic is not Smith’s mission. Seeing Trump incarcerated by Nov. 5 is. In fact, as Trump pointed out this morning, the U.S. Department of Justice has a policy against politically connected cases being brought within 60 days of an election.

Robert F. Kennedy’s running mate Nicole Shanahan has seen the light on Democrats’ lawfare efforts against political opponents.

A Newly Uncovered Video Shows Nancy Pelosi Admitting She β€œTotally Failed” on J6

In related news, House investigators now have video showing Nancy Pelosi on January 6 saying she regretted not positioning the National Guard in advance, (as President Trump had advised.) β€œWe will have totally failed,” she says as she’s walking down a hallway, β€œand we’ve got to take some responsibility.” And more bluntly, β€œI take responsibility for not having them prepared.”

The video was shot by her daughter Alexandra for an HBO documentary about the day. Funny, this footage didn’t make it into the movie. I can’t imagine why.

Incidentally, this is a different video than the one shown a few months ago of Pelosi in her limo bemoaning her personal failures to protect the Capitol that day. Of course, rather than cowboy up and publicly take responsibility, Pelosi led the charge to lie about what happened, pin it all on Trump, and cry, β€œInsurrection, insurrection, insurrection.”

Scary Soros-Funded MI Secretary of State Goes All Banana Republic on Election

Yesterday we reported that Detroit has hired seven times the number of Democrats as Republicans to serve as election workers, in direct violation of Michigan state law.

But don’t expect Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to do anything about it. The Soros-funded Benson isn’t just putting her thumb on the scales of the election. She’s putting her whole body.

You know how Robert F. Kennedy Jr. withdrew from the presidential race last week? Benson says she won’t remove his name from the ballot … a move that helps Kamala Harris.

She also says she is going to fight the court decision overruling her order to keep Cornel West’s name off the ballot … another move that helps Kamala Harris.

Benson is a totalitarian who would give Kim Jong Un a run for his money. She is openly threatening to persecute those who don’t certify the results of an election to her liking.

β€œWe will come after you,” she promises — an extremely ominous threat, given that Michigan officials who initially voted not to certify the 2020 election results were deluged with death threats until they reversed their decision.

Actually, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is also threatening those who question the 2024 election results (if they happen to support Trump). On Friday, he boasted about prosecuting 1,500 people who went to the Capitol on J6 (including little old ladies who just stepped inside for a prayer and then left). Garland declared, β€œI think our prosecutions have made clear what we think about people who try to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power, which is [an] essential and fundamental element of our democracy.”

Unarmed patriots exercising their constitutional right to petition their government? PRISON! INSURRECTIONISTS!

Obama using the FBI to sabotage his successor in 2017 with Crossfire Hurricane, and then that same FBI deliberately interfering in the 2020 election by pressuring Big Tech to censor news about Hunter Biden’s laptop, even though they had the laptop and knew it was legit? Just FAB!

Meanwhile, Wisconsin’s Board of Electors has also rejected RFK Jr.’s efforts to remove his name from the ballot after dropping out of the race.

DNC Sues Georgia Counties to Make Them Stop Verifying Election Totals Before Certification

Down in Georgia, the Democratic National Committee is fighting tooth and nail against another measure designed to protect election integrity. They are suing the Georgia Board of Elections in order to block a new rule requiring counties to confirm the accuracy of votes before certifying them.

Can any Democrat please explain why they don’t want vote tallies to be verified?

The lawsuit tries to say they need the rule blocked to β€œavoid the confusion, disorder, and burdens that have been and will continue to be caused by the rule.” They want the court to declare certification is a β€œmandatory duty,” even in the case of fraud.

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, β€œcertification” means β€œthe process of giving official or legal approval to a personcompanyproduct, etc. that has reached a particular standard.” How can you attest that a ballot count has reached the standard of a free and fair election if you aren’t verifying the results first?

It’s been said before, but why in the world does a close play in football come under more stringent review than a close election? Even when Santa Claus makes a list, he still checks it twice.

Cornel West Claims Harris Tried to Bribe Him to Leave the Race

When lawfare doesn’t work, try outright bribery. Independent presidential candidate Cornel West claimed Friday that Kamala Harris’s campaign offered to pay off his campaign debts, followed by a job in her potential administration, if he dropped out of the presidential race.

In an interview on the Status Coup podcast, West said there were β€œvarious types of offers” to get him on the bandwagon, but he told them, β€œYou all just talking to the wrong brother.”

Finally …

Who Owns Politico?

Politico acted like it was a big, shocking, dirty thing for J.D. Vance to tie Kamala Harris to Joe Biden during a speech in Michigan.

The “Readers Add Context” feature of X pointed out that Kamala Harris is, as a matter of fact, Joe Biden’s vice president and has been at his side for the last four years.
